He had successfully handled more than SGD 1 billion worth of mortgage loans across Singapore, Malaysia, Australia & United Kingdom. His core expertise, which also lead him to have very strong knowledge in real estate including residential, commercial & industrial property.

Jonathan has strong value on giving the best advice and service experience to all his clients. He is a strong believer on networking and maintaining a trusted relationship with his clients too. Thru this value and believe, most of his clients eventually became his friends.

Jonathan co-founded Assets Advisory Pte Ltd with a believe in giving clients a prestigious boutique experience in the mortgage advisory & real estate services.

Jonathan is an active person and believe in work life balance. He is highly passionate about sports & spending quality time with his family. His favourite sports are badminton & basketball.
